The hotel had spacious rooms. I had a balcony to sit on at the end of each day. The room was very clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job. The pools and onsen were a great addition, perfect for relaxation after a day out.

i found the carpet in the hallways a little worn.

the souvenir shop had almost everything good. it was on the first floor.

the room seemed a bit run down to me. the hallways even had a musty smell. also, the bed was hard. i really struggled to get a good night's sleep.
